Background:
Soft skills like the right attitude, behavior, inter-personal communication and emotional intelligence are essential factors that drive success and effective management in the SME sector whose development is very critical to the development of a nation. Hence, skill building in this sector, acquires tremendous importance.
Objectives: In this context, this certification programme is organized in association with the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) by IFMR and FSVC to equip the participants with the necessary soft skills required for functioning as effective managers in the SME sector.
