Background:
Assessment of sustainability of client business and sectors is a critical success factor in SME lending line of business for commercial banks. It requires a strategic approach and careful monitoring and evaluation of accounts. It may involve organizational restructuring to support sustainable growth of the SME business line.
Objectives: This one day programme exposes the participants to international best banking practices and standards through banking experts from FSVC volunteers, who will share their international experience in arriving at practical steps for the banks to implement a systems, structures and processes for effective SME lending.
