Background:
Faster and efficient processing of loan is one of the critical success factors for banks, especially when lending to small and medium enterprises. It requires the coordination of various members of the back office and centralized knowledge management systems.
Objectives: The main objective of this one day programme is to present a strategic approach to efficient loan processing, measuring performance of back office and best practices to retain institutional knowledge and creating an end-to-end process. The seminar will help banks design optimal back-office loan processing and servicing strategies. This will integrate IT infrastructure and lessons learned from various IT and processing experience and will be delivered by practioners from the FSVC.
