Customer Relationship Management Practices in Financial Services-an experience sharing workshop

Background:   Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has become a basic necessity for survival, especially in financial services industry. There are a number of CRM practices adopted by banks, insurance companies and other players in this sector. For adopting an appropriate CRM strategy, senior managers should be familiar with the different approaches and practices for customer acquisition and retention.

Objectives:   In this context, this three-day programme will focus on deliberating the CRM concerns and practices in financial services industry with the help of senior practicing managers and academicians. Hands on workshop in data mining and business intelligence for CRM strategies will be part of this programme.

Target audience: Senior Managers in marketing, finance, general management and corporate communications group in banks, insurance companies and other companies engaged in financial services
