Background: Managers constantly face the challenge of managing human relations which is the fundamental driver of performance. An understanding of behavioral patterns helps managers to deal with issues like inter-personal communication, conflict resolution and motivation. It also helps managers in managing their own growth path. It is in this context that this two day workshop is organized by IFMR.
