Advanced Financial Modeling-Tools and Techniques

Background:   Financial modeling has become imperative for decision support due to the complex set of variables, scenarios and assumptions that impact decision making. It involves modeling the decision situation, performing sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis and simulation, interpretation of the results and formulation of appropriate strategies.

Objectives:  The objective of this four-day full-time programme is to provide hands-on experience in financial modeling skills through structured exercises and case studies, covering advanced tools and techniques used in the finance domain like valuation, option pricing models, interest rate risk and credit risk models and asset pricing models.

Target audience: Managers with quantitative background working in finance domain, banks, Banking and Finance domain in the IT sector, Merchant bankers and equity research analysts, Bond portfolio managers
