Advanced corporate risk management, framework, tools and techniques

Background:   Today’s time-based competition puts a premium on faster delivery and quicker results and has its impact on processes and reporting. Managing profitable growth with control are the key concerns of the top management which has made corporate risk management, a separate discipline by itself and requires a holistic approach with a scientific framework.

Objectives:  Senior managers have to be trained on the approach to risk assessment, quantification and mitigation strategies. Risk includes finance risk, operating risk and credit risk. The objective of this three-day programme is to provide an experience in using concepts and systematic techniques such that the manager can tackle risk-associated issues on a daily basis. It will include Decision Analysis, Real Options, Portfolio Management and Financial risk management.
