Background:   Corporate mergers and acquisitions have become very common way of unlocking business value. Mergers, takeovers and demergers are part of corporate restructuring strategy to create value. It is very important for management for clearly look for such opportunities to stay focused on value creation.

Objectives:  A proper framework for analyzing mergers and acquisitions is a pre-requisite for effective participation. It includes valuation, negotiation and settlement. This two day programme is focused on showing the managers the nuances involved in mergers and acquisitions and the financial models used for analysis, negotiation and settlement through case studies and experience sharing from practioners
