Faculty resources

One of the key strengths of IFMR is its well balanced faculty resources. Its full-time faculty is well represented by both academic rigor and practical industry experience. The faculty is well trained in various pedagogical methods like the case based teaching. They maintain continuous contact with the industry through in-company training programs and consultancy. It is imperative at IFMR for its faculty to stay focused on research primarily and anchor their training programs on well grounded theory. They are actively encouraged to participate in international conferences and present papers. IFMR draws its faculty for the programs from its pool of full-time faculty and visiting faculty from abroad and industry. There are seven PhDs in the full-time faculty of IFMR of which four are international PhDs from reputed international universities like Minnesota and Rutgers.
